Rental days are Saturday to Saturday peak season but are flexible at all other times.
20% deposits required to confirm booking dates.
Full payment required 6 weeks before your stay.
All utility costs, bathroom towels, linen, quilts, pillows and covers are included.
A £150 refundable house keeping deposit is required with final payment.
Dogs welcome £20/week/dog, 2 max, no dangerous breeds.
No smoking is allowed inside the property.
4 Cars max. parking on the property.
Arrive after 3pm and leave by 10am.
Money transfer fees to be paid by the person renting.
